Assuming you have the time: 1) Source all parts which means you can skimp on some areas like a/c lines or you can full tilt conversion and find every last part 2) Since you have to pull the pistons/wrist pins and that deep in the motor, rebuild with forged and you have a brand new motor once done 3) Assuming you do that work - sense of a job well done 4) Assume 10k-12k this route and not cutting many corners
